25 YEARS OF GREAT LEADERS
This is a pretty unique month for me: I’m celebrating 25 years of work at the GREAT#alfalaval,made of GREAT people.
25 yrs. where I had the opportunity to have so INSPIRING#leaders from whom I have learned a lot and, still today, I’m applying and trying to pass the lessons they taught me in a similar way to the people that I work with.
Some of them are:
- #honesty and“win win philosophy”in doing business,
- the#truth always win,
- #confidentiality is fundamental,
- #creativityisgreat it makes you#unique,but hard work makes you different,
- in order to be heard you have to speak loud,
- a good#leader know how to work with#imperfection,
- #networking is a way of investing without expecting nothing back,
- your#success is the success of your teams first,
- if people grow the company grows,
- the motivation of a member of your team is very easy, just listen with your two ears, feel it in your heart, and speak with your soul,
- #everyonecounts and is included no matters what,
- #listen to your body,
- in#disagreement we grow,
- protect the#planet as your body…This and many more helped me enjoying this last 25 years.,
- I’m really GRATEFUL of all the leaders I was able to work with, they all left their own signature.
